Hello.
I finished my university here in Vancouver, Canada. Then I moved to UK to
attend university to continue with my studying. I'm a Canadian student
studying in UK and I was wondering whether I can obtain some sort of T2202A
Tax Form. Can I? If I can, what type of form do I need?

Yep, the CRA has a form for University tuition outside of Canada.
You can find form TL 11A at
http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pbg/tf/tl11a/tl11a-05e.pdf
Print it out and take it to the Registrar's office.
