Watch out! You will have a hard time convincing a person at the US =
border that they should allow you into the US.
The presumption will be that if your wife is an American resident, you =
will be trying to sneak across the border to live with her on a =
full-time basis.
You need a border kit to prove that you are intending to live in Canada =
even though married to your US resident wife. =20
Put together A three ring binder and include your Canadian Papers
* Copy of your lease or ownership of an apartment papers
* Copy of a current phone bill
* Copy of your hydro bill
* Copy of your gas bill
* Letter from your employer about your job
* Copy of your student records if you are attending School or =
University
* Copy of memberships in any Canadian Associations=20
* An explanation of why you are living apart
* Anything else that seems relevant and proves that you intend to =
live in Canada. =20
The K-1 Fianc=E9e visa presumes that you are going to remain in the US =
and is an application for resident status in the US after you are =
married. If you are intending to live in Canada.
Whatever you do, you should get your Canadian Citizenship first.
