Privacy Policy Statement

CEN-TA will never share information about you without your permission.

CEN-TA believes that strong electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. To this end, unless you designate otherwise, the information you enter here will be known to only two parties: you and CEN-TA.

We pledge that CEN-TA will not release your personal data to anyone else without your consent.

You may change the status of whether you wish to receive CEN-TA offers and communications at any time.

When we do present information to our advertisers, unless you tell us otherwise, it is in the form of aggregate statistics compiled from all of our visitors' answers to survey questions as well as grouped on-site behavior.

Use of traffic data

Each time a visitor comes to a CEN-TA Web site, we collect some information to improve the overall quality of the online experience. At CEN-TA sites, we collect the visitor's domain name, referral data, and browser and platform type.

Use of Cookies and/or IP Addresses

CEN-TA uses a feature of your browser to set a "cookie" on your computer. This allows us to measure and report aggregate information to advertisers such as the number of people who see their ad (reach) and the number of times people see their ad (frequency). It also allows us to deliver ads that are more relevant to you and avoid delivering the same ads too many times.

Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to find out the identity of any user. CEN-TA will only store information provided voluntarily, but this information is not personally identifiable. If for some reason you would rather not take advantage of the benefits made possible with cookies, most browsers allow you to reject cookies or to choose which cookies to accept.

CEN-TA Web site also logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives CEN-TA an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a users session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.

E-mail addresses

Use of email addresses collected from CEN-TA newsletter subscriptions
After signing up to receive a CEN-TA newsletter by email, users will start receiving a CEN-TA content newsletter delivered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, as well as occasional product-related announcements. On CEN-TA Web sites that offer newsletters, we collect subscribers' email addresses in order to distribute those newsletters and product-related announcements.

Demographic Information

When we do present information to our advertisers, it is in the form of grouped statistics compiled from all our participating users' answers to survey questions and on-site behavior. CEN-TA will not disclose the contact or demographic information of any individual user to advertisers or any other outside organization.

Unsubscribing from any/all CEN-TA communications

If you are a member of CEN-TA and would prefer never to receive email announcements or newsletters, you may request this at: LISTS

If you are a member of CEN-TA you can ask to be deleted from all mailing lists by filling out the form on the list page, by emailing us at info@CEN-TA.com, or by calling us at (604) 980-0321.
