It is not taxable in the USA under the US/Canada Tax Treaty.
You still have to do your US tax return reporting your world income.
You then have to readjust your US tax under the terms of the treaty.
You adjust the interest and dividends and regular pensions by =
reclassifying the amounts by treaty on schedule 1116.
