Yes! go to www.canadabankruptcy.com and look around. This site
is being changed right now but will give you a lot of links for
US states, etc.
If you are in Canada try www.sands-trustee.com
The necessary information is there and you can fill in your forms
on line for Sands or any other trustee you might pick.
BUT and I say BUT, remember that the trustee that "YOU" pick and
pay, is NOT working for you. He or she is working for the
creditors.
I recommend that you consult counsel who does work for you
first....
