REV-PROC 2002-23 RRSP reporting to IRS- Go to

Hi David,
I hate to bother you at tax time, I'm sure you're at your busiest.
However, you have posted several inquiries regarding the reporting of
Canadian RRSPs, with an allusion to a "new form" that as of the end of
January, you hadn't seen. It's now the end of February, and I've been
looking on the IRS website and can't find anything, so I'm assuming they
having actually finalized the new form yet?
If so, what does one do to report RRSPs? Is there an old form to use (I've
read we DON'T need to use 3520A)?
Thanks,
EXXXXXXX

david ingram replies:
The form has not been released yet that I know of. In the meantime, follow
the rules for REV.PROC 2002-23. It will work fine.
I will let everyone know when it comes out and send it on.
