Hi Sir
I would like to thank you for having this site. I have found your website very useful for people like me who are canadian citizen and currently working USA.
I would like to find out though if I open 529 College Savings Plan to save money for my Master degree, Will I be able to use the plan in Canadian college? Or the funds has to be used for American colleges?

There is no limitation to where you go to school that I know of:
However, since these are mainly administered by state law, there may be a requirement in some states to attend in that state. Check with your planb administrator about your specific plan please.
