I didn't know that i could get more money bc i paid my own tuition for
2003 and 2004 (around 2,000 dollars total...). I've already filed and
gotten both returns... so i was told i needed an amendment to file...
where do i get it and which one do i get?

In Canada, you would use a T1-ADJ (for adjustment) form. You can use
the fillable form here.
