david ingram replies:
Without your putting out money, you do not qualify for an E2 visa.
However, if you have management experience AND a Masters Degree in Zoology,
You would likely qualify for an H1B.
Contact a member of the AILA (American Immigration Lawyer's association) in
Toronto. Look in Yellow Pages under Immigration and make sure the US lawyer
you pick is a member of the AILA.
You could start with Joe Grasmick at www.grasmick.com. He is available for
consultations by phone for about $300 US for a half hour, so make sure that
you have your ducks in order when you phone to start talking. Although I
could talk to you, I am NOT a member of the AILA and you would be wasting
your time talking to me as opposed to someone who has a clear cut degree
qualification and who i can look after with advice on tax and immigration at
the same time.
