My question is: Applicable to both US and Canada
QUESTION: I am currently a US Citizen engaged to a Canadian Citizen. We
plan on getting married and living in Canada. We are looking into the
proper way to do this. My question is, can we/I buy a house in Canada now?
My fiance would live their permanently and I would "visit" on weekends until
I obtain my Canadian Citizenship/Residence and can live their permanently.
Any help/advice you can give I would appreciate.

Yes you can buy the house or condo and visit as long as you have a job and
home in the US. Prove this with a border kit which contains copies of your
lease, US tax returns, pay stubs, etc.
AFTER marriage, your spouse needs to fill out the following to sponsor you
