However, Jonathon Chevreau has a fine article on the subject on
Page IN3 of today's (Saturday, May 3rd's) MONEY SECTION of the
FINANCIAL / NATIONAL POST.
It was Jonathon Chevreau's article on April 15, 2003 which first
brought this situation to my attention.
