Dear Sir:
I read the "Follow-up on Bill 23" article you participated in. The article states: "If you are in financial trouble and have a couple of Hundred Thousand dollars in your RRSP, it might be a good idea move to Saskatchewan for a year." I own a business in Victoria. I am not in financial trouble but I sure would like protection from creditors on my RRSPs which do amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
How do I get more information on the "move to Saskatchewan" part to protect my RRSPs?
