I am a considered a nonresident of Canada as of Feb 2003 as determined by
CCRA. I managed to sell my condo (my principal residence in Canada) in the same
month. I wonder if I still need to report this on my 2003 return. There was a
capital loss realized on the property of roughly $10,000 Cdn. I have already
filed forms T1243 and T1161 last year.
Also, I still own some Canada Savings Bonds and there was interest earned in
2003. I already reported this on my 1040 return. Do I still have to report
this as interest income on my Canadian Tax return too? Thank you kindly for your
help.

relax! Canada Savings bonds do not earn Canadian Inmcome tax when owned by a non-resident.
You were correct to report them to the US however.
