Hello David That you for answering my question the only problem I never worked in Calargy Alberta I worked for the department of education in New Brunswick as a casual custodion from 1984 to 1989 and then was hired permanent but they have no record of that time, I have managed on my own to find t4 slips for 3 years but two are missing. So I would like to no who I can contact here in New Brunswick to obtain a copy for the year 1986 and 1989. Thank you Sonya

You should be able to get 1986 and 1989 T4 slip copies from the tax department.
Write them a letter or go to your nearest tax office. I get T4 slip copies back to 1985 quite regularly to prepare late US tax returns for US citizens living in Canada when the IRS catches up to them.
