thank you for your information. Since I have two options (file taxes in 
Canada/claim credit in the US or file in the US under Canada/us income tax 
conv), which option do you think saves me more money? And if I make less 
than 10,000 and file my Canadian earnings in the US, would they tax me the 
same rate as my US earnings in the state of Washington or there is an

If you are on a TN visa and living in the state of Washington, you are taxable first in the US and would only be taxable in Canada on the income earned in Canada. If under $10,000, no tax to Canada.
You will always be income tax cheaper in the state of Washngton but not necessarily so as a single person in New York or California with their high state taxes.
You should have our office look after it at the time.  We do all the states and both countries.
