QUESTION: I am a mexican alien, may I buy a home in the USA?

If you have the money, you can buy a home in the United States or Canada
with no restrictions (as there can be in Mexico for Americans or Canadians
buying Mexican property).
However, buying the home might make it harder for you to visit the USA
because a border person might think you are trying to live in it on a full
time basis.
To visit the home as a visitor, you must have a home in Mexico where you
have all utilities and which is available to you to go and live in right
now. In other words, you can not rent it out while you go and stay in your
US home for 5 months. Ideally, the Mexican home will be worth more than your
US home.
