them and work in USA. However, I have TD visa through my husband.

You can not work in the USA for a US company directly or
indirectly with a TD visa - period
You may qualify for a visa of your own.if you are qualified for
an H1 or maybe an E2.

Many people in your position continue to telecommute back to a
Canadian employer and there does not seem to be any problem with
that because it is clear that you are not taking a job from an
American Worker.
